- Circulating checklist for incorporation and licensing and liaising with various parties;
- Preparing application documents and carrying out due diligence on promoters / directors;
- Liaising with Mauritian counsel for legal certification of the application documents and other Constitutive documents;
- Submission of the application for incorporation to the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and applications for licensing / authorisation to the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC);
- Organising and attending the first Board Meeting of the Company and drafting the relevant minutes / resolutions;
- Application for Tax Residency Certificate, as applicable; and
- Opening of bank account in Mauritius.
